I read a megathread about this method and watched video. I tried it, when I tied one knot and started pressing, after 2-3 seconds my vision went black and my ears became hot inside . It happened so quickly that I got scared and stopped. Did I do everything correctly? I'm afraid of losing consciousness and not achieving my goal.

keep me posted. I tried it too… I managed to tie both knots. my legs were kind of shaking (idk), and my hand was just… idle? Like I was thinking of something, idk what, but then suddenly noticed what was happening. the lace I used started stretching and loosening, so... I was frustrated, but also… hopeful? Maybe with the right lace it could work.

Can you explain in detail what you did (step by step)? I think I may have read the same post as you but can't fully understand it.

Hi, yeah, it's just hard to pull off. I'm still trusting it for my final day, tho. When I tried again, it was not like the first time. It is hard to get the exact point (carotid artery). If you lose consciousness but the compression is not maintained (knot slips), you will be conscious again, so...

Also from the book, you're not supposed to struggle. I didn't the first time, but later I think the knot was on the trachea, so

Look at all the resources the creator provided (zipped folder). Study it well.

(English is not my language; sorry if I'm not much help.)
