Amplodipine update

I found actually more pills . So I have 2,5000 milligrams of amplodipine the rest is the same propanol 300 and losartan 5,600. Can this be a more effective method . Everything stays the same olazpaine to not throw up and promethazine . I can't get sn yet my mom is still around .
