The Peaceful Pill eHandbook (PPH) recommends using benzodiazepines to render the death peaceful.
like this:
- 30mg of metoclopramide (taken 40 minutes before drinking the cup of amitriptyline, to prevent vomit¹)
- 8.000-10.000mg of amitriptyline (dissolved in a cup of water, to make drinking easy)
- 300mg of diazepam (long-acting benzodiazepine²)
- 300mg of midazolam (fast-acting benzodiazepine³)
- 2.000mg of cimetidine (which reduces our body's ability to metabolize amitriptyline)
- vodka or other hard liquor (which removes the bad taste from the mouth and increases the central nervous system depression).
(in this order)
you can use vodka to swallow the pills (except amitriptyline pills)
¹metoclopramide can be replaced by domperidone (20mg, taken 1 hour before drinking the amitriptyline drink).
if you can't source metoclopramide or domperidone, you can settle for a second-line anti-emetic, like dimenhydrinate (100mg, taken 30 minutes before drinking the amitriptyline cup), OR high-quality cannabis (smoked, 5-10 minutes before drinking the amitriptyline cup).
²can be replaced by other long-acting benzodiazepine (with long half-life).
³can be replaced by other short-acting benzodiazepine (with short half-life). if in doubt, you can search online for a benzodiazepine equivalency table.
- remember to do it in a place strategically chosen in order ensure that it's unlikely or impossible that you're gonna be found prematurely. you need up to 36-48 hours alone.
- amitriptyline is very reliable.
- its cardiotoxicity combined with its sedative properties make it a very good end-of-life agent.
- although people have died after taking lower doses of amitriptyline, it's recommended to take at least 5.000mg.
- amitriptyline pills should be dissolved in a cup of water. to do this, you just need to put them in a cup, add water and wait - it will dissolve by itself. you can stir the cup if you want, too. there's no problem in using a big cup and a relatively big amount of water.
