Hello everyone.
These are what I am doing step by step:
1) I am making a snuggle hitch with one end of my ligature and make a slip knot with other end of my ligature.
2) I put my head in the noose, position the ligature above my adam's apple and push forward with my head.
After 15 seconds,my vision completely blurrs. I am not getting any feeling like my head is going to explode. And I am breathing very deeply because probably the blood flow to my brain is restricted so my brain tries to take maximum oxygen as possible.
So, am I doing true or wrong? Some people say that you go unconscious in 10-30 seconds. But some people say that they go unconscious in a minute or two.
Any idea is appreciated.
Thanks

Edit: Do people who press their jugular veins instead of carotid arteries, do their vision blurrs?
