I don't know you. And even if I did. Still it wouldn't give me the right to judge you. That being said. I doubt you're a bad person. I'm sure we've all hurt someone at some time or other, but for the most part, I'm sure the person we hurt the most is our self.

I think that probably stems from hurting someone that you didn't want to hurt. Obviously if you don't tell me I can't know.
I can tell you that I've felt like that many times. I've hurt people in my life, thar didn't deserve to be hurt. And I didn't realize I had hurt then until it was too late. Does it make me a piece of shit, having hurt them when they didn't deserve that? Yeah. But it wlri melee me human. It makes me imperfect. It makes me realize that I'm not always right. That I make mistakes. But it doesn't make me a bad person. And whatever is bothering you, I'm sure it doesn't make you into a bad person.
P. S. I'm talking within normal parameters here. Just to clarify. Killing someone, rape, etc, we can all pretty much geberwkkt agree on being bad.

Despite what society says, sometimes it can be either a good or a bad thing that someone takes their life. No one can truly say you're a bad person just from being on this site, but you could be a serial killer for all we know.
I know I have my issues. My mental health issues, my health issues, my life issues.
That being said. Who really is the final authority on who's good or bad? And I'm mentally and emotionally messed up. But just having been in this world. Having seen so much pain, anguish, breaking of the spirit. It somehow surprises me, and I'm not trying to be insensensitive, it kind of surprises me that more people don't commit suicide.

Well, I don't know anything about you, so I can't say. Your post doesn't tell us anything about you. But most people here are good people. And I always think so until I'm proven that they're not.

The thing with the most of the bad people is, they don't care about being good or bad. They care about how are they perceived at most. If you are worrying about being a bad person, I don't know what kind of a person you are, but you are most likely not a bad person.
Bad people are those who knowingly harm others for personal gain...and who choose to keep doing so. That can be emotional gain, profits, status whatever. Making mistakes, getting upset sometimes, failing...that doesn't make you a bad person. That's being human.
Being a bad person is also not something that has to be permanent. People can choose at any time to stop knowingly harming others as above and start being a good person.
It's doubtful you are even a bad person at all because bad people don't self reflect like this most of the time. Not that it doesn't happen, but if someone is asking this question they are either someone who is just hard on themselves, or someone who knows change is something they should move toward.

You've probably done some bad things. We all have, but that doesn't mean you're a bad person. What about the good you've done? Sometimes feeling like a bad person is just a sign of low self esteem and depression.
The important is YOUR opinion. To be honest I sometime feel sad thinking that I ll miss to some people if I cbt, but nobody walks in your shoes.
