Venting Am I a bad person for having these feelings?

My bf made me feel better, to the point that I broke and told him about how I was gonna attempt tonight. I didn't feel the urge nor the craving for ctb even after we got off the call until now at least... I crave for ctb at this point, like it's an addiction, but i wanna live too. Is it wrong for me to still want to ctb?
