alternatives to medication?

i'm tired of telling my psych how all these fucking meds don't make me feel shit, i'm desperate.. DESPERATE

have they not changed the medication? i told my psychiatrist when my meds werent working, and changed them to ones that have helped me a bit. maybe in recovery section you could find more info
