alternatives to dopamine blocking antiemetics for SN method

Hey all,

Is Zofran enough if someone can't tolerate dopamine-blocking antiemetics with SN due to not wanting to risk akathisia esp with a history of akathisia? If not, what are the alternatives?

A girl who successfully committed suicide using SN used only fruit salt and did not vomit. I'm planning on doing that as well!
