Help Alternatives to Benzos?

So my SN and Meto will arrive soon, and Id like to have the effect of benzos without having access to them, what is a possible alternative? Could I take a antihistamine like Diphenhydramine? Like it doesnt sedate but it does cause drowsiness but idk if itd somehow affect the process negatively, what are alternatives? (I know they arent required so if there arent alternatives Im just gonna CtB but I would like to have that effect)
