I have SN and antiemetics but for some reason am just not comfortable with it as a method. I think it's because the notion of swallowing something and not waking up again just unnerves me, not to mention the propensity to vomit, alert family etc .. Which makes no sense, but I think part of me is still reluctant to CTB and things like hanging present slightly more control over the experience.
Also SN can't be done impulsively. Is it overly idealistic to think I could easily hang myself with a belt, bedsheet, dog leash etc. having never tried before?
I mean the ocean is also 15 minutes away and I'm much too weak to swim so if I truly wanted to die I could dive in w/ a weighted backpack but all this is sadly easier said than done.
