Hey guys,
Haven't been on in a while.

So I ordered SN MONTHS ago. I was so afraid I didn't even OPEN THE SHIPPING box. So today I finally opened it up (just the box not the container, the container is still air tight sealed shut)
I got my SN from DD and it's popular so I know it's legit. I have a lot of SN.

I bought a digital scale and will see if I need to buy a graduated cylinder.

In stan's guide if you're smaller it's 20grams so I guess I'll go for 20?

I ordered propranolol 600mg from an online pharmacy incase because I already suffer from tachycardia. I also have atenolol

Now as for the AE I have ondansetron(zofran) 12x 8mg tablets so in total 96mg

Should I order meto or do you think the zofran is enough/suffice? I know zofran isn't one of the recommended AE's but it's what I was prescribed. I was also prescribed meclizine

I also have lots of benzos.

And then obviously I can get ibuprofen over the counter. 600mg is ok?

Since I already have trouble with nausea/vomiting I'm thinking to follow the two day fasting with stan's guide

Not really sure of the timings yet but when should we stop eating?

I plan on leaving in a couple of weeks. I've had enough.

Also if anyone knows another good online pharmacy please let me know the one I ordered from took a while to come.

Stan's guide doesn't actually say two days of fasting. It seems a lot of people think this.

It's two days of AE regimen (every 8 hours) then an 8 hour solid food fast & 2 hour liquid fast before SN.

I believe Ondansetron is actually quite an effective AE compared to a lot of over the counter stuff. It can actually be combined with meto, this seems to be somewhat effective according to the literature. But by itself? Well it's certainly a lot better than nothing.

I think Stan said ondansetron was the next best one if you can't get metoclopramide or domperidone.

Yeah I'm just cautious because I vomit quite easily.

I'm planning on using Zofran and Metoprolol, hospice meds I kept after my husband died. My doc won't prescribe any benzos, even though I have a documented anxiety disorder. He tells me, "Just take Benadryl." Yeah, thanks, doc. That stuff fucks with my vision, so, sure. You're more worried about the Feds than taking care of your patients.
I'm also a vomiter. It doesn't take much for me to just hurl. I always have a bowl handy, by my bed. :haha: I have Chronic Pancreatitis, so my digestive system is fucked. That's my biggest fear, with SN. My order is on the way, so I'm happy about that.
One of the things I do, to combat nausea, is get in the shower, alternating hot and cold water. Then, I get in bed and chant a mantra. "Quiet and still." It works almost always.

You can also try taking melatonin, ashwagandha or relaxing stress supplements for the anxiety. Yeah I'm a huge vomiter but I think one of the things we can do is when lying in bed we can sit lying up instead of all the way down. When I'm nauseous it gets worse when I lay all the way down and when I elevate up a bit it alleviates it. Also incase we vomit we don't wanna choke on it. I'll also have trashcan/container next to me for vomit for sure.

I also am gonna be eating some cookies afterwards to get the saltiness out of my mouth. The taste would def wanna make me hurl especially since i have autism meaning sensory disorder.

You're right actually, I'm not sure where I got that from. Next best after metoclopramide/domperidone is olanzapine or prochlorperazine.

Any solid food is not recommended after SN. You could suck on a mint/hard candy or use mouthwash to get rid of the salty taste.

LOL welcome! SN is Sodium Nitrite, AE is antiemetic, DD is the website where I purchased the nitrite from.

I was thinking 1-2 cookies nothing too major. People have ate something small after SN and N. It would be pretty dope cookies/chocolate being the last thing to eat. I just ordered meto btw so either I wait for it to be delivered or If I get too desperate I'll have to leave and do it with zofran
Be strong on your way and have self-confidence.
I really hope it works!
