Limits for sending & getting mail - Gmail Help

To help prevent spam and keep accounts safe, Gmail limits the number of emails you can send or get per day, and the number of peopl
support.google.com support.google.com

500 is the maximum for Gmail also. Feel free to have up to 500.

The 2000 limit is for internal adresses if you're using the business version of Gmail, so best to ignore that.
