I know people can die from alcohol poisoning, usually frat pledges or something like that. The only time I'm at peace is when I'm drinking. That being said, what's stopping me from checking into a hotel room with a few bottles of whiskey and just passing out and not waking up? My tolerance is pretty low, could I drink enough to kill me? Has anyone tried this before

I would end up choking to death on my own vomit.

Alcohol isn't painless. The level of nausea you'd experience could make you want to stab yourself or jump off a cliff honestly. Especially if you're not used to alcohol.

It could also make you feel really really sick and give you strong headaches. On top of that it's unlikely to kill you because you won't have to courage to keep drinking despite the severe nausea and vomiting.

Only severe alcoholics (people already used heavy drinking ) can ctb with this method.

If you have a low tolerance, you'll probably throw it up especially if it's liquor and depending on your age it may not be as easy to reach as severe poisoning as a 18/19 year old. I've tried this a lot of times. I'm an alcoholic. I drink most days. I've drank 4 liters of wine and had a BAC of .58, no vomiting, no nausea.

I tried this method about a week ago. But I was in good company and after I chugged like half the bottle they pulled it from me and then I puked like 20 times

You tried in front of company? Most people can recognize alcohol poisoning a lot of us learned about it in school and you'd likely need the bottle to yourself depending on what it would get your BAC to. I couldn't imagine getting THAT drunk around other people because 1-2 liters of wine and I'm passed out, past that I'm in and out.

I can't imagine getting drunk enough that I'd want to go anywhere near a motor vehicle but millions of People do it every day . Drunk increases the likelihood of CTB too

Lol yeah, there's a really high percentage of someone just getting you medical attention or traumatizing whoever was with you instead of you driving and yeah through motor vehicle crashes, worsened depression over long term use or being under the influence of several drugs.
