He didn't feel a thing and there was no way that was going to fail, I'd say it's up there as one of the most peaceful ways, even better than a gunshot.

I wonder how many times the worker had the impulse to do it before actually going thru with it. When I heard about this, it didn't occur to me that it was suicide, but in retrospect, it makes sense.

Sorry, but I disagree. I have no doubt that death was not instantaneous and a great deal of terror and pain was felt before sweet death finally came. Death is not like a light switch.
