After months, I finally showered

I can't feel proud lol, but thank you. It was dreadful for sure, I felt pathetic because I couldn't do something so simple.

But now I'm clean, my hair looks nice, and my friend helped me dye it back to my preferred color. Now if a salon would open up so I can get my bangs trimmed and shaped, I'll look normal again. It was crazy seeing my original hair color again.

I understand just how hard it is showering and how mental effort it takes when you are hurting from mental pain. The longest I went for was 6 weeks and now I try to force myself to shower a minimum of once a week.
I have a cold shower to make me be quick and get it over with - Might be worth a try if you want to.

Once a week is a fairly realistic goal. I'll have to aim for that.
