After many years of suicidal thoughts, yesterday and today something changed in my mind, like if someone switched the "suicide button" off.
Have I achieved Enlightenment? WTF, I planned already my sucidal death and now I feel even sort of happy, even thought nothing changed externally (no partner, no friends, NEET, living by my parents etc.). I'm puzzled.

Well, I recently started with intermittent fasting and also experimented with decreasing my antidepressant dosage. Who knows...

Intermittent fasting could definitely be contributing. Less food intake might mean less inflammation.
