hey so I've been wondering about a method i haven't exactly seen here. a couple years ago i found about the inert gas method and thought that it would be both the most reliable and painless method for me to do, but with a lack of resources and ways to discreetly get the equipment for it, it was a no go.
this leads up to my question; and dont flame me if this sounds stupid, please, I'm really just curious if it will work.
I was looking into the trend where people inhale the gas from aerosol cans to get high, right. and I heard about something called "sudden death syndrome"ā which is a term used for several things, but several people mentioned that if you were to inhale the gas from an aerosol can without getting a proper amount of air in between, you would die from a lack of oxygen and you wouldn't even be aware of the fact you were suffocating.
this feels like a big discovery on my part because, not only is inert gas already an existing method, but things like whipped cream, cooking spray, and many other forms of aerosol cans are very easy to acquire and use, without raising suspicion.
I apologize if any of this doesn't make sense or isn't super accurate, It's been years since i've researched inert gas methods and I have a terrible memory so I'm not entirely sure everything here is reliable. Either way, any input is appreciated
