Hi, im in a psychiatric hospital (uk) and on 15 minute observations.
What can I do to CTB in this limited time, with little resources.
I've had enough of my stupid brain.
Thanks

I would not try killing yourself in a hospital, they are required to do fifteen minute checks and it will likely make it worse for you if you do so. It seems tough now likely with your circumstances, but you will have the rest of your life to leave if you wish. Try to do what they say for now. I doubt you have the time to read this since it's a hospital setting, but here's a guide on the mental health system in regards to suicide and being inpatient.

As @Seiba said, trying anything while in the psychiatric ward will make your life even more awkward and unpleasant than it already is.
Shut up, be quiet and do as you're told for now.
There's always later.

I saw a suicide attempt when I was in a mental hospital. The man locked himself in the toilet, broke a mug and cut his veins, but of course he was rescued and he only made himself worse, since all the nurses just got mad and made his life even more unbearable. So my advice is not to try it.

Try to cooperate.
Anything else will make your situation worse.
Otherwise you may be completely immobilised on a couch.

Yeah, as others have said, the fact that you are being checked on frequently might lead to an failed attempt. If I was in a hospital I would go along with whatever they are saying and cooperate. That would mean I would be able to get out of there more quickly.
