Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

If you value the community and would like to help support its continued operation, donations are greatly appreciated. If you wish to donate via Bank Transfer or other options, please open a ticket.

i'm sure there's a lot of info i can find if i took the time to research but im quite desperate and would like to see if my questions could be answered faster than it would take to search them up.
i know there's not a lot of easy ways to successfully od but it's something i have to consider because it's one of the only things i might have access to. i'm gonna list the medications i have access to and if anyone could please answer if taking a high dosage amount any of them combined could be fatal i would appreciate it. i dont know much about medications so if i seem not too knowledgeable then please forgive me. i just want to be set free from this world.

i have:
ibuprofen
metformin
cetirizine hydrochloride tablets
diphenhydramine HCI
meloxicam
midol/acetaminophen

i know most of these are over the counter and therefore are quite ineffective… but i'm just really really really desperate and any advice could help a lot. do i just stop considering this method and look for another?
i might actually have more than i listed but i think id have to look more another day

Px ODs are non-methods, and we aren't allowed to give direct advice in regards what method to choose.
You could check out the resource compilation threads or just browse the forum a bit..

But once again, Px ODs are generally not fatal, reaching the LD50 requires enormously high doses

Don't take ibuprofin as standalone

This is for metformin. I wouldn't take metformin as a standalone

1787648441424
Wouldn't take Cetirizine

1787650930919
Wouldn't take Diphenhydramine as standalone

Wouldn't take Meloxicam as standalone

I'm not sure what's in your midol besides acetaminophen, so I will address acetaminophen only

Don't take acetaminophen (paracetamol) as standalone.

Ibuprofin and meloxicam are both NSAID's so they may have an additive effect if taken together. NSAID overdoses are known to be terrible options though. They have low chances of success even with high doses, and failures lead to a lot of suffering and damage to the body (not that the other drugs in your list wouldn't also cause suffering and lasting damage)

cetirizine and diphenhydramine have similar mechanisms, so they may also have an additive effect if taken together. Still, I wouldn't.

Metformin is largely excreted in the urine, so drugs that affect renal function (like Ibuprofin) may reduce the excretion of metformin and potentially increase the toxicity. Midol may contain some other drugs besides acetaminophen, and those drugs may or may not have additional interactions.

Even with the interactions I mentioned, this is (as far as I can tell from my brief research) a terrible method. You should look for another method. There is a reason Px OD's are typically considered non-methods; even when taking several drugs together they are very unlikely to work unless the drugs have extremely good synergy and/or low toxicity thresholds.
