Please read my SN protocol and give me advice on what I can ammend, add, remove, dose, times etc. Is propanalol needed? There's some controversy over it helping/harming... I also have zolpidem laying around should I include that?

Mepreze everyday 20mg for 7 days
Metoclopramide 3x 10mg 1 day before
2x 10mg morning of

8 hours solid fasting
2 hours liquid fasting
Panamax 1000mg + 1mg lorazepam 1.5 hours before
Metoclopramide 40mg + odansetron 16mg 1 hour before
Propanalol 40mg 45 mins before
Mepreze 40mg 30 mins before
Prep 1/4 cup water dissolve 25g (2 extra cups)
Lorazepam 3mg and mouthwash just before drinking SN
Drink SN
Lollipop for after taste

Your protocol looks very effective! ٩( 'ω' )و Using the high-dose Metoclopramide to prevent vomiting and Lorazepam for sedation. Regarding Propranolol, recent advice suggests it's optional since the tachycardia is a natural part of the process, but 40mg is a standard dose if it helps you feel calm. Zolpidem is a good sedative, but with Lorazepam already in your plan, it might be redundant.

Can I just take anti nausea meds before
SN and not the other meds? Is sedation necessary

Maybe a retarded question but how did you get your hands on the metoclopramide and the other over the counter pescription medications? Moreso how did you convince a doctor to pescribe them if you did get them over the counter and if not how did you go about getting them. I'm looking into SN and would need some anti emetics but it's so fucking hard to convince my doctor to give me a pescription

I have anxiety and am on anxiety meds. I just told my doctor I've been neasous and vomitting from anxiety lately and to help. He suggested odansetron and meto - got both prescribed.
