Venting Account suspended and no refund

I ordered my eebd and then my account got suspended after I placed the order. It seems it's permanently suspended (on eb+y).

I asked for a refund and they fucking redirected me to a payment dispute with my bank. These guys are a joke. I filed for a payment dispute. If it doesn't work, I'll take them to court.

No eebd as the seller is trying to snatch my money by not shipping what I bought despite all the details required being in the order.

Why are people so fucking awful and European politicians such a piece of shit for not reigning in big tech? We're treated like the ultimate piece of shit in Europe.

Happened to me recently too, my bank got my money back, like you, the company ignored me.
Hope it doesn't take too long to return to you

Anyone knows of a NON US platform where I can buy an eebd? It must not be China either. Please,.please PM me.if you do.

LE: an eebd (maybe from India) and an argon flow meter with cga 580 connection (outlet 3/8" though I care less for that)

P.S. they suspended my other account I tried to reach out to the seller, though no luck. Dispute it is.

You're in US? What rule or law, ebay, state, or other, bars you from purchasing an item that is legally offered for sale? Are eebd hoods similar to SN on Amazon, in that a "business license" is required to purchase?

I'm not in the us. It's outrageous. They said they reserve the right to permanently suspend accounts they don't see they can have a relationship with the platform. Such bs.

I think I found a way around it anyways. It's probably what vizzy used.
