i don't have access to a lot of methods provided here. i can't really get packages without them being checked, i have no access to a gun, no access to medications or drugs, etc. i can't even leave my house without someone with me.

i live in daily pain from a physical disability and this is my only option of not being constantly sore and depressed from it. i'm just really tired and i don't want to live like this anymore.

it's not legal in my state, no. i wouldn't be eligible because my disability isn't terminal.

I'm in a very similar situation as yours. I can't get any package. My room is checked. I can't have anything suspicious in my room. They even seized the plastic bags i had kept to try ctb using plastic bag method.
I'm also wondering what to do. I came across a ligature method that uses shoe lace. I'll have to do some research if i can use it to ctb successfully

my household is incredibly controlling despite me being an adult. the only reason why i'm there is because of agoraphobia + my condition (i can't work because of the physical aspect, i wouldn't get paid enough monthly if i forced myself to).
i recently moved out to the country and i haven't been coping well. i know it'll only go downhill from here and i'm already too tired to do anything.

i tried to strangle myself with my shoelaces when i was in prison, so they took them off me and i walked around with shoes with no laces...
