seeing that my psychiatrist always ask this question, i will ask you, how is your life divided up? when do you go to sleep? when do you wake-up, when do you eat? etc

mine ;

wakeup: 4:30 am, workout, eat by 8am or 11am. Other than that...working on business ideas on my computer, listening to music, and watch youtube vlogs
drinks : Monsters (white), and coffee
Taking my sleep meds at 6pm (175mg Amitriptyline, and 2.5 mg Ativan)
sleep: 8pm (because I really don't need more hours in a day, i am better off sleeping)

I don't have a schedule my days are just a mixture of crying, thinking about death, emotional eating, mindless internet scrolling, arguing with my parents and sleeping

my life has become a nightmare :,(

Very flexible with almost everything in my "schedule". This is a reconstruction of what I've ended up doing rather than a schedule.

Wake up 7-9am.

Coffee.
Maybe a fruit or other meal.
Coffee again, vitamins.
Oatmeal, maybe eggs too.
More coffee.
1/2 Workout.
Shower.
Possible lunch.
Snack and protein shake.
Walk for around an hour (or not).
Dinner.
Protein shake, vitamins.
Snack.

Sleep 9-11pm.

Everything that's not listed is jacking off to animated porn and browsing SaSu.

Then again, who gives a fuck?

Yesterday I got drunk af and disorganized my daily routine but it's generally like this since I got a great med to sleep (quetiapine):

I wake up at 9:00am, study japanese and start teaching English and Spanish lessons while I browse through SS from time to time.
When I look at the clock, it's already like 7pm and I'm hungry so I just have a yummy sandwich, argentine mate and watch anime until my dinner time, 10:00pm.

After that, I just do random stuff on my pc and cellphone and about 12:00am I go to bed, watch some anime again while posting stuff on SS and I finally get asleep around 2:00am.

Thus, the next day comes and I do the same lol.

I guess my life is simply browsing SS, watching anime, studying japanese and working.

Wake up don't eat for 3 - 4 hours. Have a sugar free smoothie, then drink some milk. I've lost quite a bit of weight with this diet. I'll smoke cigarettes throughout the day. Then I work on my book or get on SS alternating between them throughout the day. Then I'll have some lunch. Then at night I take my sleeping medicine and antidepressant 75 mg of amitriptyline. And another medication along with some over the counter sleeping aids. Then I eat, and inject HCG, and ipamorelin. Put on my acne medicine. Then I have sex with my GF and go to bed. Then rinse and repeat. LOL

If you have insomnia, read this -- guaranteed to put you to sleep.

Up at 5:00 am-ish; coffee and cigarettes surfing the web for a couple of hours. Around 8, I take my dog out into the yard. Come back in, surf some more, maybe a lame game like solitaire. Get dressed. Between 10 and 11 am, I have something to eat, usually a sandwich or a breakfast taco. Maybe do some chores around the house. Dishes, sweep, generally pick up. Take the dog out again. We play a lot during the day (fetch, and I am working with him on agility). If it's a nice day, we go for a walk around the neighborhood. If it's a weekday, I watch Jeopardy from 4-5 pm. Then I make something else to eat, spaghetti, chili (canned) and rice, something easy. Watch TV from 6-8 pm, ready the coffeemaker for the next morning, take my meds (blood pressure, cholesterol) and maybe a benadryl to help me get to sleep. Lock things up, take out the dog, get ready for bed. In bed by 9 pm, read until I fall asleep, usually 30-60 mins, sometimes later.

Sometimes, my friend will call during the day and we chat. Sometimes my brother comes over and we chat for a couple hours. About every two weeks, I run errands (post office, grocery store, bank, maybe Walmart), usually from 9 am-1 pm because I am a morning person.

That's about it. This is what 50+ years of working and taking care of others gets you. Yawn.

m
very true
my psychiatrist is like family, known him for most of my life.He knows what my childhood was like, he treated the family member who abused me, and he also know about all my medical problems. I would not feel comfortable going to someone else, and I would not go to a psychologist, as I practice Buddhism (as a westerner), I don't need more advice/help than that. Buddhism changed me a lot.

Interesting that we seem to have a lot in common, haha.
I also stand up at 4:30 am, only eat the first half of the day (until 12/1 pm).
I also work at my computer for 4/5 h a day (from home atm) and start my day usually by browsing the web and listening to music (and sometimes dancing which you could count as workout since I sadly don't do exercise).
My favorite drink is the white Monster as well!
I usually end my day by 6-8 pm because I want every day to be over as fast as possible plus I like the quiet early morning hours after waking up the most.

I usually eat one big meal with lots of protein (for example oatmeal with nuts and yogurt, protein bars, fruit, milk or something savory like chickpeas/lentil stew etc) during the morning hours and a smaller meal (steamed veggies or baked sweet potatoes or yogurt) about 5 h before I sleep.

I used to eat protein powder as well but I never liked the taste so I switched to 1-2 small protein bars plus "normal" oats. :)

Monster Energy is the most addictive liquid I ever came across. I used to drink lots during the height of my ED, then stopped for a few years because I thought it was unhealthy but lately I got back to 1-2 Monsters. :(
They usually don't even influence my already bad sleeping pattern since I sleep just as bad if I don't drink them for a week.

Wake up around 7 to take the dog out and feed her, go back to sleep for a few more hours, sometimes till almost noon. I don't usually eat breakfast, not much of a breakfast person and sometimes I go till almost 4 before eating mostly out of simple laziness.

Play video games and spend hours on the computer and stay up until 2 or 3 in the morning before going to bed and starting over.

I hate mornings so I get up at the absolutely last minute at 06:30. I literally don't have five minutes to spare. No breakfast, not even a cup of coffee. Then I go to work in the beloved commuter car, listening to my co-commuters mindless babble. I'm a teacher and have 4-5 lessons a day. It's usually enjoyable to interact with the teenagers and time often flies when I work. I try to avoid my colleagues as much as possible, but it's dificult. I usually eat lunch but I don't seldom skip it. Most of my work days are compressed so I get to go home comparatively early, once again listening to my co-commuters mindless babble. Had I been a normal person I would have eaten dinner with my family, but I have none. Instead, I eat something unhealthy in a joint or something prefabricated at home. It happens that I meet my best friend but I usually spend the evening alone in front of the computer, watching YouTube clips or movies, browse SS, or chat with other suicidal people. Sometimes I write but since my medication started working I've had problems finding inspiration. I should go to bed around ten, but I usually do so at midnight. I wake up tired in the morning and the whole sad routine is repeated.
