I have about come to the end of what I can cope with. Ten years ago, it was completely different. Surrounded by family and loved friends. Now they have all gone and I have friends who are, I have come to realise, complete narcissists, just using me.

I also just cannot sleep at all, since my brother died. I can't handle much more. What kind of end of life method allows alcohol, as everything seems ot be much easier when you are drunk. I was thinking about SN but know alcohol is a definite no-no with SN. Would alcohol make hanging easier?

Robin Williams was my favourite actor and how he hung himself using partial hanging, is a mystery, with how clever he was. My brain overthinks everything and not sure I could do any CTB without alcohol.
