i see no way out and i still think strongly about it but i don't have depression or any diagnosable mental issues so apparently what i'm going through isnt valid

When people hear suicide they freak out, they are shocked, and tell you that your crazy. You are not, that's what they don't understand they never have been rejected by society because they feel a certain way. Your feeling are 100% valid, you can feel however you want, and you can do whatever you want with those feelings, but just know your feelings make you who you are. So if someone says your feelings of being suicidal are not valid, they are rejecting you and are not worth your time.Similar threads
