Ok. So i am cleaning out my finances.

And I have a 401K with my current company. And I just realized that you cannot withdrawl from the 401K if you still employed with the company.

But I want to withdraw it before I CTB. (designating a primary beneficiary doesn't work for me. Don't ask why)

So the plan has exceptions:
1) if you are buying a house, requires a contract to buy a house
2) medical bills, requires hospital/physican bills
3) funeral bills of your dependants, requires funeral home documentation
4) college expenses, requires bills
5) preventing eviction, requires eviction letters

how and where can I start to get a fake documentation? Is there anywhere online that sells fake documentations? Anyone here that's good at creating fake documentations?

Can you roll it over to an individual Roth IRA? Or quit, and then do as you wish with the 401k?

thanks. I don't want to quit before I CTB.. what if i don't catch the bus 100%...

I will have to call the 401K to see if I can roll over to Roth IRA... I don't see that option on my 401K website

That is a weird one. I'm guess you've got some kind of 401k match from you employer on a vesting schedule? Then again, I've had those and never seen that kind of restriction.

Might be worth calling up the company that manages the 401k and see if you can simply cash it out or borrow against it, if they won't let you make straight withdrawals. There's a limit to how much you can borrow against a 401k set by the government, and cashing it out comes with a 20% tax withholding, so that might not be an option for you, but it seems safer than going the forged document route, for sure.

What's the difference between straight withdraws and cashing it out? Our match vests immediately.

I don't think i can cash out or anything... This is what I get when I try to go and make a withdraw request online

Yeah, that's odd. Can't hurt to call them up, though, even if they tell you the same thing, at least you'll know.

I googled a little, and it says:

Employment Status

Internal Revenue Service rules prohibit workers from cashing out a 401(k) while they are still employed at the company that sponsors the plan. If you were to resign or be terminated from the company that sponsors your plan, you can cash out the account rather than roll the money into an Individual Retirement Account or another company 401(k) plan. By leaving the company that sponsors the plan, you can cash out your 401(k) account even if you're currently working for another company.

Does anyone know how I can forge a real estate purchase agreement? Are those online ones real?

I'd probably just make a fake document. I don't think there's anything they would do about that. It's your money in the end.
