Oh no, no. Just tears now. I know she suffered. I know why we come to this place to suffer together. But it's still such a shock.
Her posts were epic and so wonderfully written. I'll miss her so much. Everyone will. I really hope so much her suffering is over. Tonight I have only tears.

her presence here will be greatly missed, i loved her posts and the way she expressed herself, she was one of the most active members and many of us grew attached to her story even if we never truly talked.

i'm sad to read this, but at the same time i'm glad that she is in a better place now, no longer suffering and struggling with her health.

I hope you're doing well, as much as we all are happy she's no longer in pain, I assume in each and every one of us is a selfish desire to keep our friends. I never talked to @BlueWidow directly, but I am so sad she left (selfish human that I am). We can mourn her loss; in the same breath, we can find relief in the fact her suffering has ended. We are less in her absence.

Hi guys, damn just seen this. BlueWidow was here for a long time. She was a nice caring person. Seems like a lot of the older members have decided that it's there time to be leaving recently. Guess this is just what happens. We will all join them eventually one way or another. Hopefully her transition with sn went smooth and quick. Hope she is resting well now and at peace.

Her stories are scattered across this board, they're well worth reading and should encourage all of us to share our own before we too leave here in some way.


@BlueWidow was one of the first people I took notice of when lurking on here. I liked her comments and could immediately relate because we suffered from the same disorder, and it makes you feel like shit. Ultimately, the medications helped me, but they never did for her. We didn't interact though until early January when she made a tribute thread to all the people we had lost in the weeks before. It was a difficult time and she expressed what a lot of us felt. She also made a thread about her experiences with pets. The first story was quite funny, it was about a poor dog pestered to death by a hog, which thought of itself a dog too because they grew up together. Couldn't keep my foot in my mouth and made a joke. The stories kept coming though and were in fact quite horrific. I took it down, it seemed inappropriate, BW had quoted it though and laughed.

This is how I'll remember her, as someone who cared for others, who had some terrible experiences during her life, but ultimately never let them get the better of her and could laugh right to the end. I picture her now running towards her husband with the sun and a big smile on her face exclaiming "free at last!", "free at last!", leaving her SIL, the hog, in the shroud behind. Not sure if to laugh or cry, but really I'm thinking - good for her.

I just read about BlueWidow and I feel crushed.

I keep thinking about how she has suffered, I see her last moments in front of my eyes, I recall her stories and kindness, and the news that she ctb-ed punches me in the gut again and again.

BlueWidow was one of the first people I talked to on here. She was kind, caring, incredibly insightful, and well spoken. She was a true friend to me.

She never wanted to see a thread go unresponded to. I'll never forget that gesture of compassion that she once showed me and others.

She will be greatly missed by me and many others. I hope she found the Peace that she so deserved.
