Just “hanging around”

So i woke up this morning feeling depressed and useless the same as every other day for years, but was thinking to myself that if the human mind is alot more powerful than a computer then how come we don't have the ability to enter a diagnostic mode in our brain that can perhaps delete data, change settings or even switch off (turn off the heart)?

i mean humans have been around for billions of years apperently and now in 2023 we have so much technology where we can order a pizza from just saying "hey google order me a pizza" or have a tesla which has auto pilot. my issue is technology including robots are becoming so intelligent to the point where i can see robots coming into play within the next 20/40 years where they will replace workers, but what about us humans? why is there no headcap for brains where you can upload/download infomation?

For me it would be a case of uploading a file to my brain to say at 3am 26th may 2023, stop heart and shut down all organs, but as mentioned, technology has so much potential yet us humans have fuck all and have to live in this prison of life till we die and even most methods are not 100% reliable. Does anyone else agree with me with the fact we should have the options just like robots/technology to make changes to ourselves

oh and the title meaning a computer can be reset or switched off with a button, on the otherhand, humans dont have that ability so it pisses me off! i just want to turn off.

I really wish that existence had an "off switch", it's so inhumane to me how it's this difficult to be free from this hellish world, it does bother me that despite the fact that so much technology exists, none of it is designed to allow us to exit peacefully. Suicide is a basic human right and it disgusts me how we are expected to be prisoners to this existence until we die anyway.
