Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

If you value the community and would like to help support its continued operation, donations are greatly appreciated. If you wish to donate via Bank Transfer or other options, please open a ticket.

Basically , I have an elastic band , and a piece of wood.
I saw someone post about this before , but the idea is to loop the elastic band around the piece of wood and the other half around ur neck ( i tried to put a thin scarf around it and my neck)
And then u just loop it around. Since my elastic band is long , i have to loop it for a while , which makes it harder to remove once u commit. So spasm and stuff wouldnt be much of an issue.
Also , fun fact but the more attempts i do , the less scary it feels. Its weird as if my body is adapting
