24/7. And I live with a person who suffers no pain. she could have gotten me help but didn't. So I get to watch her live life calm and peaceful while rot in agony. God has the best sense of humor. IMO God is nothing but a big schoolyard bully. I see him sitting on some comfy recliner drinking whisky smoking a cigar watching those of us in pain suffer and laughing his fat ass off.
