I can only imagine, I'm not sure exactly what you're going through, but if it's having this much of an effect it must be very painful to deal with. You're completely valid in feeling upset, I think anyone in your situation would be. Do you want to talk about what's bothering you a little more? Whatever you want, I'm here for you! :hug:

I experience a pattern of intense overwhelm than can sometimes tip into a panic attack .... does that sound similar to your experience?
I only mention my experience because I also have that need to verbalise that I am ok repeatedly.
My heart is with you :heart: i imagine your experience is extremley unsettling.

Thank you very much because I feel embarrassed to express that but choose to decide on it anyway during it and I get out of myself for a minute or two sometimes where it seems it could go either direction. It feels like talking it out helps me so it does not go too bad on me when it does it.

I have a very similar experience and I also feel embarrassed to express it to people so thank you for being so brave.
For me the 'im ok' mantra is about reinforcing what I know is the reality against what I feel ... and i relate to that moment where i start to slip and the chanting is like the fingertips stopping me falling over the edge of the cliff ... each one tightens my grip slightly.
