all of my previous attempts had been stupid impulsive failures. im about to try again with idk how much lithium i have just the whole bottle. im trying so hard to distract myself becase i dont know what will happen. i have around 35 more in blister packets so i guess its around 30g. is this a viable method or am i gonna end up fucked and stuck on machines?

ah, I'd probably have given the lithium to someone I trust to hold onto and give gradually


Come to think of it, I wouldn't mind some lithium for mood stabilisation when I feel quite annoyed (which happens once in a while)... but idk if it helps someone who might not even need it
