my advice is to learn how to be alone.

I know height can impact other areas of life but it impacts primarily your romantic life.

and you don't need a wife or husband.

you don't even need to date.

go MGTOW if you're a man or go pink-pill if you're a woman, go your own way, live alone, focus on hobbies, sports, fitness, personal projects, work, art, learning etc... there's so much on this life beyond romantic relationships.

again, I know it impacts work, friendships etc, but overall my advice is... learn how to be alone and love it. love your aloneness, love yourself!

back in school id experience unexpected minor physical assault like tripping and headlocks because they knew they could get away with it, also teasing like holding my head or using me as an armrest

wow. for a long time I thought that too, and in a way that makes a lot of sense, 'cause the whole world starts to lose its color when we live a long time without love, touch, affection, connection, sex, intimacy etc but man, reality doesn't care about our feelings, we gotta adapt.. take me as an example, I'm a NEET, short, unemployed, living in my mom's "basement", with no friends, no social skills, no income etc etc what are the odds of finding "love"?
most girls just want bucks, they want to get out with rich, tall, high social status guys.

Try having a micropenis. Yeah size doesn't matter but people still use it as a basis for ad hominem attacks so clearly it does matter. Gives you the ability to sort through people far quicker, as long as you don't assume 100% of people are thinking that way.

Height alone won't get you a partner, but a lack of it will certainly make you suffer. It's just like money. Money can't buy happiness, but if you don't have money you will certainly suffer.

If you need one in billions level of achievements for your height to be irrelevant, it probably matters a lot.

Funny thing is they made an arbitrary line (6 feet in the US or 180 cm in my country) which is well above average and anyone below it is judged somewhat. From what I've seen this insanity only applies to dating and unless you're extremely short you won't be affected in other aspects of life.
