i want to go out completely out of it, first time i tried stepping in front of a train drunk, my friend found me as i was about to and pulled me away, second time i tried codeine, i puked and got saved by a&e its more just research methods at this point

yeah and i weigh 57kg and took 1200 and just had a really good nap, so like

the best advice is there is generally nothing OTC that will kill you. using otc products to assists is one thing, but being able to walk into any store and buy enough otc meds to kill you alone is not possible - alcohol or not. sorry it didn't go as planned but having a real nice sleep after diphen OD is absolutely the best outcome you could've had. that shit is dangerous and can psychologically RUIN you but never will it kill you

"Psychologically ruin you...?" How can it do that? I've been taking 50mg of diphenhydramine every night for the last six months or so, I sleep great. I don't think it has any real psychological impact on me, unless there is something that I am not aware of.

I think she meant when taken in Massive amounts to try and Ctb. I agree, 50mg a night is nothing to ruin anything... I believe 25-50mg is the recommended dosage.

50mg of diphenhydramine is a regular dose. The psychological damage is from much higher doses

the method is unreliable. if you could walk into any store, buy less than $100 worth of allergy medication, and kill yourself with it - it would simply not be that easy to obtain. rare cases of success don't mean it's a safe or reliable method and it's important to steer people away from attempting something such a low success rate, with a higher rate of having irreversible diphenhydramine induced psychosis.

Yeah, taking that much DPH is really not a good idea...

When I tried to ctb 1 or 2 days ago with partial hanging, I took around 400mg of DPH before I put my head into the noose. I woke up on the floor with nausea, headaches, dizziness, and drowsiness. My pupils were dilated, I couldn't walk correctly, and my movements were slow, as if time was slowed down.

@l4dybug, I'm surprised that nothing happend to you and that you were able to sleep well. With 1200mg of that, someone would have hallucinated some horrifying stuff.
