20 Cubic foot Industrial compressed gas purchased with CGA580 connection as someone advised. I went to test with regulator and hose today. The tank is not full and at 1500psi and the flow is weak. Constructed an exit bag out of turkey bag and sweatband and tried to see if it would fill. It was inflating very slowly. Turned up regulator to 30 as was advised. I am really upset. Had to pay someone to get this and don't have money coming in. I don't know what to do. Why is the tank not full? Why is the flow weak? Is it the hose as well? I am bedbound and bedridden and am running out of time. Bought hose on Amazon US but am in Canada. Hard to get stuff as per Final Exit advise. Please help.
