I wish i was in the same situation with sleep. I constantly want to sleep but i always have nightmares. I relive my trauma from WPD in my dreams

I used to have insomnia (did not sleep at all for 4 months), sleep paralysis, hallucinations and nightmares but not anymore thankfully. Nowadays my brain is very kind to me and I want to live in dreams too.
