I think the only way to have a true painless death is a gunshot to the brain stem where death is near instantaneously, if it isn't then you would be unconscious when you are shot until you actually die

I have access to that gun, it cost 1K here in the US to get it. I was debate about go with that gun or plunge myself down 2,000+ feet height.
Jump here, the tallest tower here. Guaranteee death with this height, not only death, you be mush. I doubt there be much pain, it be BAM, over.
Which one would you chose?
I'd choose the gun. I think pulling the trigger would be a little less difficult than stepping off the edge - well maybe - and then there's the matter of being conscious during the fall. The high fall though would be a bit closer to 100%, tho a shotgun in the mouth is very close. Jumping, I wouldn't want to land on an innocent person. That gun is essentially just a short barrel, or sawed off, 12 ga. shotgun, right?
