I'll be using a 50 caliber gun and hollownpoint 50 cal ammo as well as shooting myself in the brain stem via the mouth.

If you use the maximum charge, about as much as you could guess a 12 gauge, or 20 gauge slug would kill you instantly. Very powerful.
