• Hey Guest,

Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

If you value the community and would like to help support its continued operation, donations are greatly appreciated. If you wish to donate via Bank Transfer or other options, please open a ticket.

i've heard mixed reviews. i have debilitating anxiety and it makes it very difficult for me to function. i've been prescribed with zoloft but haven't begun taking it. has it helped anyone with recovery and/or feel less depressed and anxious?

I don't want to be negative and I really do think the result can be different from person to person but for me it did absolutely nothing.
I really do hope it will work for you.

i'd say just take it, you'll probably experience side effects at first but keep taking it until therapeutics effects kick in, which is a couple of weeks. if it doesnt work it doesn't work, you can figure out other ways towards recovery, and if it works, hey it works

Take it for as long as possible - 12 weeks ideally. It can taje time to work, but might change your life. The doctor can also raise yoyr dose. I recommend the Facebook medication support groups, and also the reviews on drugs.com for hope and support.
