Like I thought, another day of monotony.
Wasn't bad wasn't spectacular.
I'm kinda grateful for it though if anything.
It definitely beats anguish.
Walked 3 miles and a half today, my best work since last year.
Anywho, had some entertaining conversations today.
My sister came to inform me that my mom doesn't want me looking at angel numbers and wants me to pray more lol
Why do people feel the need to inform you of something negative that someone said about you anyways? Not like it'll do me any good, nor did the person say it to my face.
Heard that you're more likely to complete things if you write them out first so here's my plan for tomorrow:
8:30 wakeup
9:00 have brushed teeth and dressed
9:15 get water bottle and go for a 30-40 minute walk
10:00 get protein smoothie and sit down for 1 hour of math
11:00 do phone call and make breakfast
12:00 join appointment with counselor
1:00 take a break and be lazy for an hour or so
2:00 watch a science/biology documentary
3:00 finish walk to have done the full 1 hour
3:30 break after walk drink electro lights and take a break before doing cardio
5:00 start on making dinner
10:30 face time for a few hours with bf before going to bed.
That's the plan, I'll check in with you guys tomorrow to tell ya if it goes relatively to plan.
