I'm planning a trip out of town for my last few days. The long train ride will be spent playing some of my favorite video games, then once I settle into my expensive hotel (more expensive than my normal hostels), I'll get some dinner, go to the bar and drink (which I never, ever do) then sleep. On day 2, I'm going to go to my favorite park, eat out for every meal and binge watch some of my favorite movies. Day 3 will be similar but will have no drinking and will lead into my fast to prepare for my SN around 2pm or so.
I initially was going to deprive myself of the few pleasures I do have left, but now that I'm content with doing this, I'm finding that actually letting lose is making it easier for me to ctb. I feel like it's helping to suppress my SI, because my mind set is now "Well, I'm doing most of the things I wanted to do, which wasn't much, so now I can feel at peace." We will see when the moment arrives in a few days.
