I thought it was impossible for someone above 15 to believe they're highly intelligent psychopaths because they soiled the bed once but it's apparently a thing at least on PSL forums. Yes, I've encountered that on things like quora and other forums where people can broadcast their self-opinion. It's extremely cringe/edgy and a form of fake vainglory imo. Most actually intelligent people don't have to broadcast it every 5 minutes, either.

We don't claim to have a high IQ. We are the dumbest person we know. We are a self-aware psychopath.

Psychopaths regularly have infinite patience and are over-protective with children and animals. However, they also regularly disregard the feelings and emotions of those around them. There's nothing innately wrong with psychopaths, it's a mental condition like any other.

We believe the person you are describing is a narcissist, they may also be a psychopath, but their personality disorder shines through more.

Similar to personality tests. Unless you have a high IQ, are self-aware, and objective in your opinion, you need external evaluation for accurate results
