Sorry for my ignorance but as i am new into this benzos term i wanna ask,
-while i am on xanax i dont feel depressed i cant do anything as i used to do,but still can think of ctb but my mind block the ctb feeling and is a weird feeling,could you explain is this feeling is normal?
the point is that i wanna ctb and i am scared xanax and lexapro gonna make me not to do it
