I wish knew more about hanging for you. I do know that no method is as simple as one would think it would be. Maybe take a beat and ask some questions on here. I'm sorry this is happening to you. I have had a couple of failed attempts and they feel devastating. Be gentle with yourself

I'm sorry to say this, but It might be better for you to find an alternative if it's really not working instead of forcing it...Even practice can cause some damage, and failed attempts moreso. Some methods might just not work for some people, everyone's bodies are different, that spot to induce unconsciousness are harder to reach for some. I understand the desperation, but maybe it's better to take a break for nowSimilar threads
