I've studied psychology for years. I've gotten to the point where i personally know what and how i became depressed and how it all could have been avoided.

I believe there are signs from nature, God, etc whatever you want to call it that warn you of future danger. Dreams, physical signs, natural instinct, etc they all have meaning.

Yes, i think so too.

Its the brain that connects all the information and process it during sleep.

When i was 15 yo i dreamt that my boyfriend was a monster, a hiddeous monster. It felt so real that i had to wake up and go around the bed and look at him.

Yes, the dream was true, he was a psychopath. If i had listen to the dream a whole life of sorrows could have been avoided.

I did not listen to my dream when I was a kid. I was warned before hand in my dream.. but, I did not understand it properly.

The thing is people/parents don't teach this so you not Understanding properly is not your fault. I just wish it would be taught and deciphered when we were Young so we could have avoided so much trouble.
That saying that people say "if only i knew then what i know now". We actually could have known then But we are not taught properly.

It is not fun. I mean in my case, I was shown what I need to know. I was unable to grasp due to my ignorance. I've lost my entire life. I have slipped it after I caught it. It would have been avoided right.. That 'guilt' still haunts me.

I am pretty skeptical, but I believe I am cursed since the day of my birth. My life gave me a few signs of it. Once I had a dream where the blurry black figure came close to me and just told me "you're cursed". I know, sounds simple and probably makes no sense, but that's what I have experienced so far.
