writing notes before i possibly try to ctb today

I usually reassure people that there was nothing they could do, that im happy and i will be happy, and also explain a little bit why im gonna do it. Or if these dont come naturally just write what you wrote here, that you cant find words. maybe that will give you a push to start writing

I found it difficult to write one suicide note so I have written one for each person as I found it easier. It doesn't even have to be a paragraph, even just a sentence is enough.
