I mean when you die, all your muscles will relax meaning that you're going to make a mess anyway whether it's by wetting yourself or pooping your pants. Or could just stick a tampon in and limit the mess.

Idk...the smell of old period blood is something else. Mixed with fecal matter and urine?? They'd have to deep scrub me inside out.
Also, I don't like thought of a stranger rummaging through my vagina, to fish out a diva cup or a dissolving tampon

My plan is to empty my bowel beforehand, not drink much water and to wear an incontinence pad, to keep the mess at a minimum, and to keep it on THE OUTSIDE of my body.

I haven't had a period in about two years cause of my birth control. But if I did get it I for sure wouldn't give a flying fuck if I was on it or not. I'll be dead anyway so it's not like It would really matter.

If you're doing SN it would be an advantage because you'll already be slightly anemic anyway

this is to be counterbalanced by individual symptoms. If you are prone to headaches and increased pain sensitivity during your period, it may be preferable to wait.

Both of the times I was hospitalized was during my period. I get stupidly emotional and suicidal for 2ish weeks every month so if I was going to set a date, it'd be as far away as possible so I could be sure I "meant" it.
