I wish to no longer exist. I do not care if I get something "better" down the road. I am done.

If I could be reborn in the year 2000 or something like 1990 then yes, but not in the modern world, we are beyond fucked.

ngl when I first joined and was supposed to die real soon after, I always thought I'd go somewhere else, a universe where I can have a chance to be normal and happy. My vision of my noose unironically looks like those memes with the anime character reaching out from the ofher side. Wanted to escape so badly, it made me grow less attached to my life here. "I am just going somewhere else because I hate my life here". It felt like leaving rather than dying.

you would still grow up in the same modern world if you were born 1990/2000 because those people are literally alive right now or am i missing something?

I guess so, but I would get to experience the good years again and hopefully with a non disabled body.

Just wanna break free of all suffering

I picked the first one because I don't feel like "gambling" for a chance to have a possibly "better" life… Because how much better is it? Is it just one less day of suffering? For me, perhaps it's more peaceful to just… be nothing…

I hope it's nothing. There's no guarantee that life in another reincarnation will be better in fact, it's more likely to be worse

Honestly, I can't be bothered to hope for a better reincarnation. There will still be suffering.

I feel that. And most of the academic reincarnation (children who speak of past lives) cases I have read involve people being born again like 20-50+ years after death. I can't even fathom how horrible things are going to be on this planet in 2076 at that point it will be like full on 1984+climate hell just a terrifying terrifying existence.

Extreme Pain is much worse than people know

Non-existence forever for me

I differ from all humans in many fundamental ways

to me the constant worst pain outweighs the pleasurable fleeting meaningless addictions by a trillion times

to me pain is a billion times worse than one can imagine

I would never want to suffer even 10 seconds of the constant unbearable worst pain no matter what

I wouldn't even ever want to suffer even 10 seconds of any unbearable pain or extreme suffering or extreme torture

in life or existence there is always the possibility of unbearable pain extreme suffering and extreme torture

eternal Non-existence is the only guarantee of never suffering unbearable pain nor extreme suffering nor extreme torture

I'm glad after my brain dies I will cease to exist for all time

why do i have to live even if there weren't any pain or suffering? I don't.

If reincarnation, then as an animal such as a seagull. They seem to have a good life because they don't need to deal with all the meaningless nonsense we do. They just focus on food, reproduction, and having some fun while cruising around with their family. No school, no university, no office job, no rent, no car payments, no politics, no media, no computers, no smartphones, no social media... just living life to the fullest!

I like the point the other user said about it being a gamble. I don't want to die, I want to be happy. but there's a lot of fuckery and odds are better that you're not one of the lucky ~billion of the 8 billion alive today. so literally nothing would be amazing.

I choose the 1st option.
The second option is really tempting(especially If you had excellent living conditions, didn't have to work, and your family loved you…)but even if the next life is completely different, you'd still have to deal with all the unexpected stuff, especially in a world without euthanasia. If everyone had access to some kind of magical painless-death pill though, then yeah, I'd probably go with the second one hahaha.

Just wanting some peace

No, never, nothing would make me wish for the torture of this painful, deeply undesirable existence I just always saw as a mistake and I'll always find it so torturous to exist, to me existence truly is always the problem and it's one that just causes all this torture with no limit as to how much agony one can feel, no matter what I'll always prefer to not exist.

To me existence is an mistake and an abomination that that just tortures existing beings and I'll always find it so terrible and dreadful to exist, simply just being conscious is enough to make me wish for the peace of an eternal sleep and there's just so much cruelty, torture and harm in this existence that to me could never be worth it.

I only see non-existence as positive and desirable, only non-existence can solve and take away what I see as the true problem which is existence itself, I find it so deeply undesirable to exist in every way, this existence should just never be imposed, I'll always find it the most torturous, futile burden to exist.

Damn, I totally misread the question! haha It would be nice to be born as a man, with parents that were mentally stable, did the work, and actually worked on helping me. Both sides of the family putting equal investment in me, having a good amount of friends, acquaintances, exes on good terms, and such. All varying degrees of relationships. Maybe I would actually learn how to stay out of terrible shit, and have a career by the time I graduated college on time.
Though if reincarnation did exist, I would not even remember my previous life ( Which would be a good thing).
