When my attempt fell through I was listening to some of my (at the time) favourite songs. Now I can't bring myself to listen to them again without feeling disgusted or otherwise bad. It was good at the moment, but it ruined a genre of music for me

Same here, whenever I listen to the same song I listened to during my failed attempt I feel kinda guilty or disgusted.

If I were to ctb inside a car, I'd listen to Ghostemane and $uicideboy$. I will most likely ctb in the woods though, and I don't think playing music there while attempting is a good idea.

no i feel like music is too grounding for me. if i wanted to ctb i'd want to it be as isolating as possible
