That 410' figure looks like from the top of the pylon, not from the area you would have access to jump from. The bridge deck itself looks much too low, to my eye.

Agreed. It can't be more than a few stories to the water from the highest point of the bridge deck, and that isn't nearly enough. You'd more likely live than die unless you drowned, and you'd end up with a lot of broken bones, maybe paralyzed. It might work, but "might" isn't a great idea when it comes to jumping off a bridge.
